Adrenal Fatigue Healing Vlog: #1: Detox Blues, Ayahuasca, Healing as ...

An honest update from the adrenal fatigue healing trenches. I'm 9 months into the Nutritional Balancing Program and it's been a very difficult last few months as I am going through a serious heavy metal detox, extreme fatigue, depression, brain fog, gas, spaciness, dandruff, and emptiness. The good news is that I'm dumping heavy metals and parasites. Somehow I managed to pull it together enough to make this jumbled vlog (honestly I cheated and had a double Americano this morning) where I share a little about my adrenal fatigue and depression story and background, how I used the plant medicine Ayahuasca for healing depression and drug addictions, and then discuss how my debilitating adrenal fatigue has fueled a deep spiritual journey into the ultimate self inquiry, "Who am I?"

  1. Hi I loved your video. I'm on the programme for 3 months now. I've been detoxing for 2 years though. Do you have a link to the FB group where people talk about retracing symptoms? Sending healing energy Sara

    1. Hi Sara, thanks! If you have an approved practioner you can join this group.

If not, you can join this group.

  2. so glad for everything you're doing and the intensity and the rate you are going at. I truly admire you and i also feel that i can do the same. I would love to heal deeply like that and not give up and fight through and face all of my shit if allowed the opportunity and a place to do so, right now i am still healing, i do normal saunas everyday (not Near infrared ones) and have started to do water/coffee enemas and i feel like they are helping me a bit. Although colon cleansing and coffee enemas are usually a long term haul. I want to take this slowly and make regular changes in my life that STICK and then i will start to add more and more stuff and also lower my stress more and more. Thank you for showing me ayahuasca and reading your blog and your journey makes it possible for me because i know someone has been through it and i can start too.
